Join us for a presentation by Hannah Wheeler from Guide Brand Consultancy, who will talk about the important elements of package design, brand, clarity, compliance and the trend of buying Canadian products.

Joining will also be Anula Perera, a Food Science Specialist who will provide a high-level overview of some of the technical considerations of packaging requirements including nutrient content claims, high intensity sweetener labelling, fully hydrogenated oils definition, addition of Vitamin D, and Front-of-Package labelling.
